What makes our clinic special

Dr. Doniparthi has been helping patients in addiction medicine since 2008. He brings experience from the Functional Medicine world to the Addiction Medicine world to get the best results possible. NAD in Georgia is a patient-centered clinic, focused on advancing our understanding of the uniqueness of individual patients and the intricacies of their health challenges. Under the direction of Dr. Doniparthi, the patient’s health challenges are targeted at its core through the perspective of healing at a cellular level. Appropriate testing is completed and a plan of oral and intravenous infusion therapies are initiated, as well as in-depth education on the power of food in health.

Treating the Cause

We target the cause at the cellular level. We believe addiction is a chronic and progressive disease that affects the whole person: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Functional Medicine of Georgia also believes that chemical dependency is a family disease because family members and significant others are affected by a loved one’s addiction.

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional Medicine targets the root cause of a health condition with the emphasis on eliminating or reducing either medications or supplements. The Functional medicine approach utilizes specialized testing not found in the conventional medicine arena, to give a better understanding of the function and structure at the cellular level.
